| Lanterns by John Hazzard: the signature restaurant of one of Barbados' most renowned chefs. Hazzard is the only chef to have captured the title of 'Caribbean Chef of The Year' twice, in 1995 and 2004.Casual beachside dining for breakfast, with extensive breakfast buffet. Comfort favorites and light fare for lunch, or enjoy a la carte dining as the lights flicker softly form the swaying Lanterns at dinner.

| Two Bedroom Beachfront Luxury Suite: Decorated in a cool Caribbean style with a predominance of peaches, green and whites. Each suite has several balconies or terraces that look directly onto the Caribbean Sea. All suites have two bedrooms, one with King-size bed the other a Queen size bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room, two separate bathrooms with tub bath and shower. Suites are fully air-conditioned and have a full kitchen.
