| We would also like to take the opportunity to inform you that Gamer's Reef Arcade opened in January 2006. Gamer's Reef Arcade is a world of entertainment where kids enjoy games such as Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Top Skater, Tekken and Fast and Furious. The arcade is located in the Beach Tower Lobby and is open from 10am-10pm weekdays and 10am-Midnight on weekends. Additional charges apply.

Atlantis Kids Morning Escape programs offer activities for children ages 3-5 with daily themes such as Sand Sensations, Pirates Paradise, Junkanoo Jubilee and Atlantis Adventure.

Discovery Kids Adventure Programs offer children ages 6-12 the opportunity to discover the mysteries of Atlantis from learning about the ancient artifacts in The Dig and decode the secrets of its hieroglyphs, visit a fish hospital, learn about sea animals and engage in outdoor games and activities of all kinds! Daily themed adventures include Kenny's Shark Adventure, Sealife Sanctuary and the Lost City Challenge.

Evening Escape: An evening program will be offered at Atlantis Kids Club offering nightly movies, games, story corner, computer play, karaoke, light snacks and more. Evening Escape has a unique theme for each day of the week and they are as follows: Willy Wonka Wednesday, Tech Time Thursday, Pajama Party Friday, Pizza & Coketail Saturday. The program will be available Sunday-Tuesday on a seasonal basis.

| Proof of Age: For safety and security measures, proof of age will be required for each child at time of initial registration or check-in at the Atlantis Kids Club. We require proof of age to ensure the safety and security of each child participating in our programs. Each program is designed with specific developmental characteristics in mind for each age group. As you may be aware, we have a 1 counselor to 8 children ratio as part of our safety and security measures.

| Cancellation Policy: Because there is a limited amount of availability for each session, we request that any cancellation for Atlantis Kids Club is made by 8:00pm the night prior to the reservation. Any cancellation made after this time is subject to the full session price in which a reservation is being held.

Terms & Conditions of the Dining Plans:
-Dining plans, rates and features are effective from June 19, 2009 through December 16, 2009, and are subject to change without notice. The Casual Dining Plan (CDP) and Gourmet Dining Plan (GDP) are available to guests staying in the Beach Tower, Coral Towers and Royal Towers at Atlantis.

| Due to high demand, the Gourmet Dining Plan (GDP) must be booked 3 days prior to arrival date. Gourmet Dining Plan (GDP) and 2009 Casual Dining Plan (CDP) are not available for purchase at the resorts.

| The value of unused meals will be non-refundable and may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants.

| Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juice are not included for dinner; juice is included for
breakfast only.

| Dining plans are available for a minimum of two nights and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. Plans begin with dinner on the day of a guest's arrival and end with breakfast on their day of departure.

Children on Dining Plan: Children 6 years old and under eat free when dining with parents who are participating in a dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them.
- Children 7 to 11 years are required to purchase a child's dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them. Should children age 7-11 choose to order from the full menu, they will be charged at full retail prices.
- Special children's menus will be provided in Cafe Martinique, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray's Delicatessen, Bahamian Club, Casa D'Angelo, Chop Stix, Bimini Road, The Pointe Restaurant & Bar, Courtyard Terrace and Dune

| All persons sharing a room (adults and children) must purchase the same dining plans. Guests 12
years and over are considered adults and are required to purchase the same dining plan as their parents therefore adult dining prices apply.

| Dinner reservations are required for Cafe Martinique, Mesa Grill, Bahamian Club, Casa D'Angelo, Carmine's, Chop Stix, Courtyard Terrace and Dune. To avoid the $50.00 per person "no show" fee, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to actual dining time.

| The 15% mandatory gratuity is not included in the price of either dining plan and will be automatically charged based on the actual dining check for each meal, not the cost of the plan.

The Beach Tower features Atlantis' most moderately priced accommodations with a more laid back environment. It is a relatively short walk to the beach. Also, located in the tower's lobby is *Club Rush for teenagers (*Please Note: Club Rush will be closed April 26th, 2008 as part of an enhancement and renovation project. Club Rush will re-open May 20th, 2008) and Earth & Fire Pottery Studio.
