Terms & Conditions of the Dining Plans:
-Dining plans, rates and features are effective from November 12, 2008 through December 18, 2008, and are subject to change without notice. The Casual Dining Plan (CDP) and Gourmet Dining Plan (GDP) are available to guests staying in the Beach Tower, Coral Towers and Royal Towers at Atlantis and The Cove. The Cove Gourmet Plan (CGP) is available exclusively for guests staying at The Cove Atlantis.

| Due to high demand, the CGP, GDP and CDP must be booked 3 days prior to arrival date. The Dining Plans are not available for purchase at the resorts.
|
| The value of unused meals will be non-refundable and may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants.
|
| Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juice are not included for dinner; juice is included for
breakfast only.
|
| Dining plans are available for a minimum of two nights and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. Plans begin with dinner on the day of a guest's arrival and end with breakfast on their day of departure.

Children on Dining Plan: Children 6 years old and under eat free when dining with parents who are participating in a dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them.
- Children 7 to 11 years are required to purchase a child's dining plan. They must select from the children's menu in those restaurants that offer them. Should children age 7-11 choose to order from the full menu, they will be charged at full retail prices.
- Special children's menus will be provided in Cafe Martinique, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray's Delicatessen, Bahamian Club, Casa d'Angelo, Chop Stix, Bimini Road and The Pointe Restaurant & Bar. Children ages 6 and older are welcome at Mesa Grill, Casa d'Angelo and Caf? Martinique.
- Please note that high chairs and booster seats are not available at Mesa Grill, Casa D'Angelo or caf? Martinique.

| All persons sharing a room (adults and children) must purchase the same dining plans. Guests 12 years and over are considered adults and are required to purchase the same dining plan as their parents therefore adult dining prices apply.

| Dinner reservations are required for Cafe Martinique, Mesa Grill, Bahamian Club, Casa d'Angelo and Chop Stix; reservations are required at Carmines only if a party includes 6 or more persons. To avoid the $50.00 per person no show fee, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to actual dining time.

| The 15% mandatory gratuity IS NOT included in the price of either dining plan and will be automatically charged based on the actual dining check for each meal, not the cost of the plan.

Restaurants: Award-winning chef, television personality, cookbook author and restaurateur Bobby Flay will bring his vibrant Southwestern cuisine to The Cove with the opening of Mesa Grill, his first restaurant outside the United States.
Guests of The Cove Atlantis can also enjoy the Caribbean's largest collection of world-renowned chefs at Atlantis. There are a total of 20 additional culinary choices within the resort and the resort's nearby Marina Village, a quaint Bahamian "village" that includes 5 restaurants.

| BOBBY FLAY'S MESA GRILL - Renowned architect David Rockwell captures the essence of Mesa Grill and translates that to an ambiance perfectly at home on Paradise Island - vibrant primary colors, Southwestern motifs including an auburn and white cow print for dining chairs in luscious leather. The restaurant features vistas directly onto the beach and Atlantic Ocean with some outdoor seating available. The bar features a terrazzo and sea shell counter with backlit glass and embedded goatskin, flanked by columns of river rock. Open for dinner.

| MOSAIC - A fresh concept in custom-made cuisine, this Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features action cooking stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to churrasco. Designed by Jeffrey Beers, this restaurant changes from day to evening utilizing light to play off the polished chrome, wenge wood and limestone. Mosaic is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
